About US

We are a premier independent supplier of paperboard packaging products to North American converters. Our team produces high-quality paperboard that provide sustainable packaging solutions for consumer goods and food service applications.

Meet the Augusta Team

Clearwater Paper's largest paperboard facility thrives in Augusta, Georgia, powered by a dedicated team of over 600 members.

The Impact: Together, we manufacture the essential paperboard used nationwide in everyday items like food packaging, cups, and plates.

The Scale: Operating for nearly 65 years, our 3,000-acre site runs two high-capacity paper machines producing up to 1,940 tons per day.

While Augusta is globally famous for hosting The Masters golf tournament, the city boasts a rich life beyond the green. Nestled along the Savannah River on Georgia’s eastern border, it perfectly balances outdoor recreation with a cultural heartbeat. Here, you can hike the wetlands, stroll the river walk, or explore an array of downtown museums and restaurants.
