Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an HR Manager based in Colfax, NC. You will partner with the plant General Manager to align talent strategy with business goals and drive engagement and development across the manufacturing sites.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will lead staffing decisions, manage performance and employee relations, and champion policies and best practices to strengthen our people capability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading HR initiatives and programs.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
