Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to serve as the finance leader for the region, partnering with Area General Managers and their teams to guide manufacturing site performance.

You will lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives, provide strategic financial insights, and mentor a small team while collaborating with accounting and FP&A functions to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Experience with data mining or planning applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage); SAP S/4 Hana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership for manufacturing sites.
• Provide operations with strategic tools and interpreted reports to drive business results.
• Support long-term capital allocation strategy and strategic financial decision making.
