Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Supply Chain HR Manager to align people strategies with operational goals in a fast-paced distribution environment based in Morristown, TN.

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, safety and compliance, and talent development for hourly and salary staff, supporting seasonal spikes and network changes. Collaborate with site leadership to drive productivity and a safe, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree and/or HR certifications preferred.
• Experience in HR for Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing or Transportation.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
