Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Finance Business Partnering Manager to collaborate with Area GMs and support teams across the Lower Midwest manufacturing sites. You will help drive strategic financial direction and provide leadership for cost management and long-term planning.

You will oversee budgeting and forecasting, develop analytical reports, and mentor 1–3 finance professionals while aligning operations with corporate targets and capital plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field recommended.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance and/or cost accounting experience required.
• Experience with data mining or planning applications.
• Experience with complex ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage); SAP S/4 Hana preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Prior team leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and strategic direction for the sites.
• Provide management with strategic tools and reports to drive results.
• Support capital allocation strategy and long-term financial decisions.
• Lead annual strategic planning and budgeting for the area(s).
• Oversee weekly forecasting for visibility and actions to hit targets.
• Analyze plant performance, variances, and cost control initiatives.
• Mentor a small team of finance professionals.
