Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Manager.
• Prior HR experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experienced in hiring, employee communications, conflict resolution, and payroll.
• Knowledgeable in FMLA and benefits administration.
• Proficient in HR policy improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions to improve employee turnover and communications.
• Partner with leadership to align HR outcomes with corporate standards.
