Responsibilities

Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business plans and production needs.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals (approx. 10) and set clear performance expectations.
Build workforce plans addressing staffing, skills gaps, and future operating needs.
Lead retention initiatives based on turnover and department differences.
Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational efficiency and productivity.
Assess compensation, benefits, and programs; liaise with brokers on renewals.
