Bachelor’s degree in related field required or preferred
8+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment
People leadership experience
Working knowledge of recruiting practices, employment law, and matrixed environment

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership: provide strategic HR guidance and integrate people strategy with business strategy.
Employee Relations & Risk Management: act as subject matter expert for employee relations, investigations, and corrective action.
HR Operations & Compliance: oversee staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.
Systems, Process & Reporting: utilize HR systems (UKG, SAP) and deliver training and reporting to leaders.
