Job summary

Innovative Outsourcing is seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance. The role replaces the current manager and emphasizes a smooth handover and training period with the outgoing leader.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Admin and 3–5 years of HR experience, with knowledge of HR best practices and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years HR or related experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, HR records, payroll coordination, and HR processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws/regulations.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support to all departments.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and questions.
• Prepare and issue employment offer letters and related docs.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, I-9 verification, and benefit enrollment.
• Maintain confidential HR records and employee files.
• Coordinate payroll processing and time/attendance data accuracy.
• Assist with employee relations and escalation to CFO when needed.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal/state/local requirements.
