The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR leadership, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (HR Manager/Generalist).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, training, and policy development.
• Partner with leadership to ensure HR practices align with business objectives.
• Lead or support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
