Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources and/or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience; dispersed workforce helpful.
• High emotional intelligence, strong conflict resolution abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide guidance.
• Working knowledge of labor laws in MI, CA, MN, and DC is a plus.
