Qualifications

LimnoTech has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versed in all aspects of Human Resources: Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding, and Benefits and Compensation. The Human Resources Manager role will be based out of our Ann Arbor, Michigan office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Business
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience; working with a dispersed workforce helpful
• High emotional intelligence, strong conflict resolution abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S. for any employer (proper documentation is required).
• A working knowledge of labor laws in MI, CA, MN, and DC is a plus
