Job summary

Air Hydro Power LLC is seeking a Recruiter to develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies. You will collaborate with managers to craft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, then source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including social platforms and job fairs.

You will coordinate interviews, assist with offers and start dates, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies. A HRIS and MS Office proficiency is expected in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field; 3–5 years recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designations preferred.
• Experience with interview planning and job description drafting.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Drafts detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Identifies effective recruiting methods based on role and industry.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview materials.
• Assists with offers, salary ranges, and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends college job fairs and recruitment events.
