Responsibilities

• Serve as HR advisor to employees, supervisors, and leadership on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning with compliant processes.
• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate workforce reports.
• Ensure compliance with wage-and-hour, leave, safety, and anti-discrimination laws.
