Job summary

HCVT is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, HR Compliance & Employee Relations to lead employment compliance and employee relations firm‑wide, with deep California expertise. You will guide policy updates, training, and investigations while coaching leaders and developing HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with employment compliance and employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations, managing PIPs, and advising leaders on performance matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws, especially California.
• Experience supporting multi-state employees; UK/Armenia/Singapore a Plus.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; SPHR/SHRM-SCP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor for employee relations across the firm.
• Lead workplace investigations and advise on corrective actions.
• Develop scalable ER processes, templates, and decision frameworks.
• Coach managers and leaders to apply policies consistently.
• Collaborate on broader HR strategy and cross‑functional initiatives.
