Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR or Labor Relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of new hire paperwork.
• Assist in development and delivery of training programs.
• Identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support the performance management process and provide guidance on evaluations.
• Track and analyze performance data.
• Assist in administration of benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Respond to benefits questions and manage enrollment/termination activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist audits and HR reporting; maintain I-9, EEO, ADA, FMLA compliance.
• Maintain HR records, support payroll processes, and prepare HR reports.
• Assist with HR projects and maintain HRIS; pursue ongoing professional development.
