Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance.
• 2+ years of experience leading or overseeing HR staff.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive HR approach.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR Team Capability and coach HR Generalists and Coordinators.
• Establish clear expectations, standards, and operating rhythms for HR across regions.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to elevate performance.
• Monitor workload distribution, responsiveness, and service delivery for equitable support.
• Build a strong internal pipeline of HR talent through development and succession planning.
• Provide guidance and escalation for complex employee relations matters and ensure fair resolution.
• Oversee investigations, corrective actions, and outcomes.
• Support disciplinary actions, leaves of absence, and accommodations for HR team members.
• Partner with Operations and Clinical leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team effectiveness.
• Identify risk areas and drive process improvements, training, and policy alignment.
