Job summary

Capital Health seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise designated leaders on people strategies and to implement HR programs that drive business goals. You will serve as a liaison across HR functions, lead workforce planning, and support leadership development.

You will partner with management on recruitment, compensation, benefits, and policy compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field or 5 years of HR experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of HR experience including recruitment, employment law, employee relations, coaching, training and development, or compensation.
• Strong knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employment laws; proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment initiatives, and organizational development.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance.
• Investigate employee relations issues and manage disciplinary processes.
