This role, under the AVP, Human Resources, covers employee relations, staffing, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, policy compliance, and investigations.

Qualifications

• Generally requires experience in human resources functions such as employee relations, staffing, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
• Experience with employment law, HR policy compliance, training and development, and investigations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management on people-related issues to align HR programs with business goals.
• Guide leadership on job descriptions, performance expectations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with recruitment planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate with Learning and Organizational Development on training programs and evaluating outcomes.
