The role emphasizes strategic initiatives in Talent, collaboration with HR teams, and leveraging e-learning tools to deliver impactful programs across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects and consultations with clients, stakeholders, and experts.
• Plans, designs, develops, implements, and delivers learning solutions aligned with Talent strategies.
• Develops online courses and evaluation tools meeting LMS standards.
• Uses adult learning best practices and technologies in program design.
• Facilitates leadership development programs and evaluates outcomes.
• Collects feedback data and uses it to improve learning interventions.
• Applies continuous improvement to ensure quality of talent interventions.
• Utilizes technologies such as e-learning, videos, podcasts, and mobile learning as needed.
