Qualifications

• Degree in HRD/OD/ID or related field with 4+ years of instructional design experience OR 8+ years in HRD/OD/ID.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized learning design/development projects.
• Strong design and development of adult learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curricula projects and design strategies for instructor-led, web-based, and blended solutions.
• Manage communication plans, curriculum maintenance, and project activities to ensure curricula readiness.

Skills

Proven experience leading small to mid

Education
