Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end design of learning programs aligned with organizational goals using ISD frameworks.
• Collaborate with leaders to analyze training needs and develop scalable strategies.
• Develop diverse learning experiences (eLearning, blended, ILT) for leadership.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies into learning solutions.
• Consult with executives to implement leadership development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and facilitate leadership onboarding and learning journeys.
• Lead cross-functional learning initiatives and vendor partnerships.
• Evaluate programs using Kirkpatrick levels and ROI analysis.
• Maintain budgets and coordinate logistics for organizational learning.
• Mentor instructional designers and uphold design standards.
