Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Lead Learning & Development Specialist in Richardson, TX. You will collaborate with business resources to identify performance gaps and learning needs, and oversee curricula initiatives from design strategy through development of instructor-led, web-based, and blended solutions.

As a senior contributor, you will coordinate communications, curriculum maintenance, and project management activities, ensuring curricula readiness and measuring learning

Qualifications

• Degree in HRD/OD/ID or related field with 4+ years of instructional design experience OR 8+ years in HRD/OD/ID.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized learning design/development projects.
• Strong design and development of adult learning solutions.

Responsibilities
