Job summary

The role designs, develops, implements, and evaluates innovative learning solutions that support workforce development, patient safety, compliance and organizational growth. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to address performance gaps, align education with organizational goals, and manage multiple projects with budgets, milestones and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Experience with multiple delivery media: in-person, remote, and online modules.
• Portfolio of learning content production and editing.
• Strong time management, collaboration, organization, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to assess learning needs and performance gaps.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions.
• Create curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, simulations, and eLearning content.
• Maintain LMS content, curricula, certifications, and learning paths.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness.
