Jetstream of Houston seeks a senior HR leader to manage all HR functions at the site, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations. You will partner with Corporate HR to align local programs with enterprise strategies and foster a high-performance, transparent culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration.
• Lead employee relations investigations and align local programs with corporate HR strategy.
• Coach and develop management to improve performance and engagement.
• Partner with Corporate HR on enterprise-wide projects and due diligence efforts.
