Job summary

Rosenxt USA seeks a Senior HR Manager to support our Houston leadership team and shape a high-performance, people-centric organization. You will translate business priorities into HR strategies, guide talent development, and ensure compliant, effective workforce management across the lifecycle.

In this role, you will drive engagement, manage complex employee relations, oversee recruiting, and partner with global HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in international technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into effective people strategies and drive HR initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and coach managers on operational and strategic HR matters.
• Lead Performance, Talent, Career Development and Compensation processes.
• Build a high-performance, people-centric organization and drive employee engagement.
• Own local recruiting strategy and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
