Job summary

Jetstream Of Houston, a subsidiary of Federal Signal, seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to manage talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, and employee relations for site operations. The role focuses on developing local programs, benefits administration, and strategic partnerships with corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; MS or MBA preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification highly desired (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource management within a manufacturing environment, with 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent development, recruitment, compensation & benefits administration and compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of and command of applicable state and federal laws.
• Strong project management and process capabilities with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, local compensation and benefits administration.
• Develop and execute employee communications, wellness initiatives and local training needs.
• Lead recruitment for site positions at all levels and drive engagement within the HR team.
• Act as a strategic partner with business leadership and corporate HR/Legal teams.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning and enterprise programs alignment with local HR strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and generate reporting to drive decisions.
