Job summary

Tageos is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Fletcher, NC to lead HR strategy, operations and people analytics within a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to align people plans with business goals, manage talent development, oversee payroll via ADP, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication, confidentiality, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Solid HR operations experience in continuous manufacturing with shift work.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment, employee relations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Confidentiality, discretion, integrity and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, pragmatic, able to work independently under pressure.
• Experience training and mentoring employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth and culture.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Drive learning initiatives and leadership development; oversee Mercateam tracking.
• Foster engagement, wellbeing, and positive employee relations.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll via ADP, benefits, onboarding/offboarding and compliance.
• Develop HR metrics and governance for data-driven decisions.
• Lead HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
