Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sr Manager of HR to align business objectives with employees and management across the Love’s family of companies.

You will act as an HRBP and partner with leadership to guide HR initiatives and programs. The role focuses on strategic advisory, policy guidance, employee relations, and COE collaboration, with responsibility for budgets and HR metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel infrequent but may occur as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as an HRBP and provide leadership to corporate HRBPs.
• Proactively lead and communicate business strategy across units.
• Advise on organizational policy and labor laws.
• Handle employee relations matters including counseling and investigations.
• Collaborate with COE programs to support HR strategies.
• Monitor headcount, turnover and other HR metrics.
