Qualifications

• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store and operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
