This role requires 2+ years in retail/operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a pathway to advancement and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail management or travel stop/c-store leadership.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volumes over several million dollars.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations including store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and conduct safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement improvements.
