Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation and Benefits Analyst to lead administration and analysis of the company’s executive deferred compensation and LTIP programs.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, ensuring accuracy of records and timely disclosures. The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of 409A and ERISA concepts, and experience with non-qualified plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years in executive compensation, deferred compensation, or LTIP administration requested.
• Experience with non-qualified deferred compensation platforms preferred.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, Payroll, and Legal in compensation programs required.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and senior stakeholder communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer Executive Deferred Compensation Plan day-to-day activities and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with plan recordkeepers on systems, data, and reporting.
• Plan and execute enrollment cycles and communications for executives.
• Explain plan provisions and modeling scenarios to executives without giving tax or legal advice.
• Maintain participant records, audit trails, and timely reporting.
• Administer LTIP awards, vesting, payouts, and related communications.
• Prepare forecasts, cash flow estimates, and annual disclosures for leadership.
