• High discretion, integrity, and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and partner with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits Administration: oversee payroll processing and benefits coordination.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring efforts.
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: coordinate new-hire onboarding and documentation.
• Employee Relations: handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion.
• HR Compliance & Policies: maintain policies and records per laws.
• Leadership Support: partner with CFO and leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Process Improvement: refine HR processes to support growth.
