Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and EEO regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
