Job summary

National DCP, LLC in Westampton, NJ is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support site leadership and employees across HR functions. This exempt, on-site role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and drives HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with day hours and a compensation range of $120,000 to $130,000 plus a 10% bonus. NDCP provides a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or organizational development required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with resolution of complex employee relations issues in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR disciplines including employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, organizational development, and employment laws.
• Strong familiarity with FMLA, labor relations, and related regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, consulting, conflict, and change management skills.
• Professional-level verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Business acumen for operational environments.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and align results.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute day-to-day.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Results and process oriented.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within budget and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR priorities with operations and performance.
• Lead site-level HR activities across the employee lifecycle including staffing, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Investigate employee concerns and conduct workplace investigations; consult legal as needed.
• Develop and execute HR plans supporting workforce stability and priorities.
• Evaluate policies and processes; implement improvements for consistency and compliance.
• Provide confidential guidance balancing employee needs with business requirements.
• Coach and develop HR team members; manage priorities and service levels.
• Manage complex employee and labor relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Train supervisors on leadership, union awareness, policy application, and documentation.
• Stay current with federal/state/local employment requirements and mitigate risks.
• Guide leaders through performance management and development planning.
• Drive engagement, communication, morale, and retention through trend analysis.
• Plan workforce and succession, building talent pipelines.
