Job summary

National DCP, LLC in Westampton, NJ is seeking a Manager of Human Resources to provide comprehensive HR support to site leadership and employees. This on-site role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and focuses on aligning HR strategies with operational goals while ensuring compliance and sound workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or Organizational Development and at least 5 years of experience handling complex employee relations, labor relations, and HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or organizational development required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with resolution of complex employee relations issues in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee and union relations, benefits, and compliance with federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align HR priorities with operational goals and performance.
• Lead site-level workforce activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct thorough, objective workplace investigations with proper documentation.
• Develop and execute tactical and strategic HR plans to support workforce stability and productivity.
• Guide leaders through performance management, including goal setting and development planning.
• Manage complex employee and labor relations matters from intake through resolution.
