Job summary

Cadwell is seeking an HRBP – HR Operations to lead day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, leave, recruiting, and employee relations. You will supervise payroll and benefits staff, partner with the SVP of HR on compensation and performance, and ensure compliant, timely delivery across units.

You will triage issues, generate trend reports, and drive HR programs while coaching direct reports. This role requires strong HR operations experience and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field required; Master's a plus.
• 4+ years of related HR generalist or operations experience preferred, including payroll, benefits/leave, and recruiting.
• Experience supervising HR, payroll, benefits, employee relations and/or recruiting staff preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR operational matters across payroll, benefits, leave, and employee relations.
• Own the tactical execution of HR programs and policies across designated business units.
• Maintain HR operational documentation, workflows, and checklists to ensure consistency.
• Triage HR issues and escalate with summaries to the SVP when needed.
• Provide the SVP with periodic trend reporting on payroll, leave, ER cases, and benefits inquiries.
• Directly supervise Payroll Specialist, Benefits & Leave Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Manager/HR Generalist.
