Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an HR Manager to lead a site-based People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team. You will drive operational excellence, leadership development, and employee experience through data-driven decision making and AI-enabled HR solutions on site.

You will partner with business leaders to strengthen culture, manage talent, and execute strategic initiatives, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 5+ years of human resources leadership, or 5+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Master's Degree or MBA.
• Experience supporting hourly, front-line and salaried employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of HR professionals to drive operational excellence through high-judgment decisions, risk mitigation, and employee experience enhancement.
• Partner with Business Leader(s) to strengthen culture and deliver business results.
• Drive talent management and development across all levels, establishing mechanisms for equitable selection, retention, and performance optimization.
• Monitor employee sentiment through regular floor presence, data analysis, and feedback mechanisms.
• Champion organizational change through effective stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Drive adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
• Own end-to-end PXT operational excellence through rigorous process execution, structured inspection routines, and effective use of tools and data.
