Job summary

Top Stack is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Newtown Square, Delaware County, to lead HR strategy across multiple locations. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring compliance and managing talent acquisition and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including labor relations, and preferably have a background in manufacturing or distribution. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership experience.
• Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, operations, or commercial teams preferred.
• Labor relations and union experience required.
• Strong business partnership and leadership skills.
