DwyerOmega is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing and business sites within our growing portfolio. The Director will lead a small HR team and partner with site and functional leaders to align people practices with business priorities, driving organizational capability and consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Experience in a technical manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or other operational environment.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Experience building and scaling an HR team and streamlining processes.
• Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business performance, growth, and employee engagement across sites.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior and site leaders and functional leaders.
• Translate business goals into workforce, talent, and leadership strategies; assess organizational effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support workforce and succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Establish consistent HR practices across locations while remaining responsive to site needs.
• Lead HR programs on onboarding, development, performance, and career growth; coach leaders.
