Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead comprehensive HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities.

You will act as a key advisor to regional executives, driving human capital strategies that align talent initiatives with growth objectives. You will partner with regional leaders, guide labor relations, ensure compliance, and oversee talent acquisition and compensation programs to support

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: work with regional presidents and operational leaders to design workforce strategies.
• Employee & Labor Relations: guide employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee accommodations and performance resolutions.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while promoting safety across facilities.
• Talent & Compensation: oversee talent acquisition, executive sourcing, and wage/salary administration.
