Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join the leadership team supporting the two-line processing plant, feed mill and hatchery. The role drives HR policies, programs and compliance across the complex site in Utah.

The role leads staffing, employee relations, compensation, training and performance management while partnering with Corporate HR, Legal and Compliance to mitigate risk and align with company goals. On-site role with potential for cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive human resources experience; manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex HR policies and programs for the leadership team and site.
• Provide direction to HR team on staffing, regulatory processes, employee relations and organizational development.
• Counsel leaders on staffing, compensation, training, performance management and compliance.
