Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management or HR transformation.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations, Workday preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional or manufacturing populations.
• Strong stakeholder-management capabilities.

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess impacts and readiness.
• Create communication plans and training enablement for leaders.
• Measure adoption and sustainment using defined metrics.
