Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join the leadership team supporting a two-site operation including processing plants, feed mill, and hatchery. You will develop strategic human capital policies, standardize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee day-to-day HR operations.

The role requires five+ years in HR, manufacturing experience preferred, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• Combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum five (5) years' progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Leadership experience and knowledge of policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of complex human capital policies and programs.
• Guide leaders on staffing, compensation, training, and performance management.
• Mitigate risk through collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
• Collaborate with benefits, compensation, TA, and L&D to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Provide HR-related training and coaching; ensure regulatory compliance.
