Wayne Farms LLC is seeking an experienced Complex Health & Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across the poultry processing complex, feed mill, and hatchery. You will interpret OSHA and DOT regulations, guide leadership, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Health Management or related discipline.
• Safety Professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years safety management experience; food manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years experience managing direct reports.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, Homeland Security).

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee health and safety programs across the complex.
• Develop and maintain systems, procedures, and training for a safe workplace.
• Lead the site Safety and Health Plan and budget management.
• Audit regulatory requirements and communicate resolutions to agencies.
• Guide site leaders on company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE systems and daily operations.
• Mentor and train employees for safety compliance.
