Paycom is seeking an Human Resources Manager to partner with executive leadership in the Phoenix office. You will drive employee engagement, performance evaluations, and policy compliance while developing leaders and their teams across the sales organization.

The role oversees discipline, HR investigations, and learning initiatives, with strong emphasis on compliance, communication, and strategic talent management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Experience with a sales organization is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations for the sales organization.
• Oversee discipline and termination of employees per policy.
• Collaborate with executives to define long-term mission and goals and support via people management.
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies and incentives.
• Guide the HR team and resolve HR questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, benefits, safety, and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Implement Microsoft training for the Sales staff.
• Conduct investigations into complaints and participate in professional development events.
• Assess HR practices and contribute to policy and operations improvements.
