Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead development and execution of partner-focused growth strategies in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with Sales, Marketing and other teams to expand wallet share with key partners and identify new opportunities that drive revenue.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with executives, communicating programs effectively, and collaborating across functions to optimize partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HCM industry.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership/indirect selling ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Implement growth strategies, conduct quarterly business reviews, and execute custom incentives to increase wallet share with key partners.
• Identify, develop, and close new partnership opportunities aligned with the growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance, Compliance and other partners to grow partnership sales results.
• Assist in executing communication strategies to deliver program information, sales results, expectations, promotions, and policies to field sales.
• Consult with Senior Leadership on policy improvements and best practices aligned to Paychex values and future state vision.
• Collaborate with internal partners to build business cases for recommended changes from Senior Leadership.
