Whitecap Search seeks an experienced leader to oversee and elevate HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You will partner with the VP of HR and the people team to drive operational excellence.

The role requires deep HRIS expertise (Paycor), multi-state/international experience, and a proven track record in data-driven decision making and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in operations/HRIS or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and compliance.
• Experience managing multi-state and international HR operations.
• Hands-on Paycor experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own and optimize end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage HRIS (Paycor): configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor relations, and compliance.
• Ensure HR compliance across federal, state, and international jurisdictions.
• Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting; lead and grow the HR operations team.
