Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partnerships to serve as a trusted adviser to leaders across operations, partnering on workforce quality, retention, cost, and risk. You will lead the HR Business Partner team, investigations function, and the employee service center, ensuring HR adds measurable value to business decisions.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, multi-state expertise, and proven leadership over teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of HR experience with substantial time as an HR business partner or adviser to operations leadership.
3–4+ years directly managing and building teams, with a track record of developing staff.
Experience serving multi-state, predominantly hourly workforces.
Working fluency in United States employment law across multiple states, including CA/WA/NY.

Responsibilities

Trusted adviser to leaders on workforce quality, retention, performance and people data.
Direct HR BP team, investigations function, and employee service center.
Lead workforce planning and organizational design, partnering with business leaders.
Coach managers to lead effectively and own the narrative behind people data.
Govern employee relations risk and escalate with counsel and senior HR leadership.
Present retention and employee data in business reviews.
