United Insurance seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR across multiple locations. You will partner with leadership to guide employee relations, talent management, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on support, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring consistent HR practices at all locations. Travel to various sites is expected as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in an HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and advising managers on disciplinary actions.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and programs.
• Strong understanding of compensation administration and benefits, leave management, and HRIS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with goals.
• Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and difficult conversations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and programs for consistency across locations.
• Improve HR processes, internal communication, and employee engagement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure compliance.
